Card payments are processed by established payment providers over encrypted connections — WOW never sees or stores your card number. PayPal payments are covered by PayPal's own buyer protection. We never ask for payment details over chat.
Your artwork is used only to produce your order and is never shared with third parties beyond the production partners directly involved in manufacturing it. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before you send sensitive designs.
We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: your name, contact details, shipping address, artwork and order history. We do not sell your data. Inquiry emails and chat records are kept only as long as needed for service and accounting.
Our official channels are this website, our WhatsApp number and our email address. If someone contacts you claiming to be WOW and asks for unusual payment methods or personal data, please verify with us first via the details on our Contact page.
