These terms apply to all orders placed with WOW (777.shopping). By requesting a quote or confirming an order, you agree to the terms below.

All prices are quoted per product and quantity and are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when you approve the final mockup and pay the 30% deposit. Production begins after deposit receipt.
We require a 30% deposit to start production, with the balance due before shipment. For first orders we share inspection photos before you pay the balance, so you approve the quality first. We accept credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.
We provide a free digital mockup for approval, and physical samples on request. Handmade and small-batch production may involve minor variations in colour, placement and size; such reasonable variations are not defects. Exact Pantone matching is offered as best effort.
Typical production is 7–15 working days after mockup approval, depending on the product and quantity. Shipping time depends on destination and method; tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. Estimated dates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If goods arrive damaged, defective or materially different from your approved mockup, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint or refund the affected items after verification.
WOW's total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
